Try these steps in order to fix Microsoft Store not working or not opening.

1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache
   1. Press Windows logo key + R.
   2. Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
   3. A blank Command Prompt opens; after about 10 seconds it closes and Microsoft Store should open automatically.
2. Make sure Windows is up to date
   • On Windows 10: Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates and install any available updates.
   • On Windows 11: Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates and install any available updates.
3. Check date, time, and region
   • Go to Settings > Time & language and make sure date, time, time zone, and region are correct.
4. Repair or reset the Microsoft Store app
   1. Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps (or Apps & features on Windows 10).
   2. Find Microsoft Store, select the three dots (or the entry) > Advanced options.
   3. Select Repair. If it still does not work, select Reset.
5. Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter (Windows 10)
   1. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
   2. Select Windows Store Apps > Run the troubleshooter and apply any fixes it suggests.
