Not receiving code on my phone linked to Microsoft Account

Hi, I am not receiving code on my phone linked to Microsoft Account to add email or verify. Looks like my phone number linked to Microsoft Account is not correct. It should be +44 (0)7553360584. I think the +44 or 0 is missing. How to rectify this? I am trying to add a recovery email, but I am not getting any code on my phone. Please help as soon as possible.
