Please do not click any links in those emails, do not reply to them, and do not enter your password from any link inside the message.
If your Microsoft storage page shows that your storage is OK, then those emails by themselves will not delete your files or emails. You will not lose your stored information just because you received those messages.
To be safe, please go directly to this page by typing it in your browser, not from the email link: https://account.microsoft.com/storage. Also check Outlook storage here: https://outlook.live.com/mail/options/general/storage. If both show enough space, you can mark those messages as Junk or Phishing.
Can you tell me if the warning appears only by email, or do you also see it inside Outlook, OneDrive, or Windows? Also, please do not post your full email address or any personal details here.
