Contact cards is not visible in SFB client

Hi Team,

We have SFB 2015 on prem server and Exchange hybrid environment (O365 + Exchange 2016 ENT). Few online users are not able to see other users contact details on their SFB client. In their contact card we are unable to view organization details, designation, call work and mobile number,

We have already run Update-CsUserDatabase and Update-CsAddressBook.

Apart from this few online and on-prem users getting outlook integration error.

There is a little doubt in my mind about this sentence:

It means some online and in-premises users shows integration error in their client or some places, rights? If so, please attach the error message to help us for further analysis. If I misunderstand it, please give us more descriptions to know your situation.

According to your description, it seems that you have a hybrid deployment of Skype for Business environment, and this problem only happens to a few online users. If this is the case, you could check if all the online users are created in the on-premises Active Directory first, and then synchronized to Azure AD. The reason is that on-premises Active Directory is authoritative. The following picture captured from this article explains it:
