so id like to know how to fix epic games not working and showing this loop

so im stuck in this loop where i click restart and install and it shows a download bar and js puts me back to the same screen u see here, i have contacted epic games services and they sed "Since the error codes are connected to the MSI installer used during the installation of Epic Online Services, and because the MSI installer is a Microsoft product, you should contact Microsoft Support for assistance, as only they have the necessary information to resolve the issue." so id like to know how to fix this loop please, ive been trying to fix this since 3 days now idk what to do
