Get the Phone Link on My PC

Question

I have the phone link on my android phone, have enabled it on my computer but the phone link icon or app never appears on my PC. Is there a download for the app from MS?

Click your Start Button, then just type phone, do you find the Phone Link app in the resulting list?

If not, are you able to download and install the Phone Link app from the Microsoft Store on this link.

Phone Link is built into most Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs, so it usually doesn’t appear as a separate download like a normal Store app. If it’s missing from the Start menu/app list, it can be enabled and installed from Settings.

Try these steps on the Windows 11 PC:

1. Open Settings.
2. In the Settings search box, type Phone Link.
3. Select Enable or disable Phone Link from the results.
4. Turn on the toggle for Phone Link.
5. A pop-up window should appear prompting to Install Phone Link. Confirm to install.

After this, Phone Link should appear in Start (search for Phone Link) and can be opened like any other app.

If Phone Link is already installed but not visible in the app list, use Start search:

1. Select Search on the taskbar.
2. Type Phone Link and select it from the results.

On the Android phone, ensure the Link to Windows app is installed and signed in with the same Microsoft account that is used on the PC.

Hi @Joe Sain

Press windows key in search type phone link . then filter your phone link app. suppose not showing checking MS Store if already installed state just uninstall and reinstall it will work..
