    Hi @Pamela Gockley ,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I understand that Outlook repeatedly prompts you to sign in while you are using the application.

When there is an issue with your authentication credentials, Outlook may continuously ask you to sign in again.

To resolve this issue, you can create a new Outlook profile by following these steps:

Step 1: Search for and open Control Panel from the Windows search box.

Step 2: Select Mail (Microsoft Outlook).

    User's image

Step 3: Click Show Profiles > Add to create a new profile.

Step 4: After creating the new profile, select Always use this profile and choose the profile you just created.

After that, reopen Outlook and check whether the issue still occurs. Please share the results with me so I can continue assisting you if needed.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
