My Microsoft account signs in normally, but Partner Center immediately redirects me back to the homepage and never loads the dashboard. I cannot access Help + Support. This is the stale or deactivated developer tenant issue. Please reset or remove the old Partner Center developer tenant associated with my Microsoft account so I can complete individual developer registration.
