I recently bought a Valorant point card on the Microsoft store online, the order comes up with no code for the online gift card and I only received an email confirming the order, not one for the code I was promised

    Hi, thank you for that information. I believe that you purchased a code for the Xbox console only. In this case, I recommend contacting Xbox support for clarification and to check the account:

    Then select the chat icon in the lower left corner.
