Enable Azure Managed Redis creation in East US / Enable Quota

Question

Enable Azure Managed Redis creation in East US. We need to deploy 1 cluster (prod SKU: Balanced_B1). Current deployment is blocked with: “Creation of Azure Managed Redis is not supported for your subscription in East US.”

Can provide subscriptionId etc on request if you are unable to pull it from provided tracking Id logs.

Thank you for the update. Based on the behavior observed, the provisioning issue appears to have been related to a temporary capacity limitation in the East US region. I'm glad to hear the deployment has now completed successfully and the resource shows ProvisioningState: Succeeded. As the issue is resolved, no further action is required from our side. This error usually means your Azure subscription doesn’t have the required feature access for Azure Managed Redis in the East US region, so it’s not something you can fix from the resource side alone. You’ll need to check subscription eligibility with Azure support or try deploying in a supported region/SKU, and if needed raise a support request using the provided tracking IDs to get the feature enabled.
