how can i talk to a real human agent in Microsoft support,

i have try to reach real agents since 2 month but couldn’t find, i just wanna resolve my querry, can someone help me

Good morning. To obtain dedicated support, please follow these steps:

1.Go to this site: Contact - Microsoft Support

2.Type "Contact" in the search box.

3.Now, click on "Get Help" and select "Contact Support" or "Sign in to Contact Support" below.

4.Go to the "Products & Services" tab and choose the category.

5.On the "Category" tab, choose "Technical Support."

6.Click "Confirm".

7. You can now choose the "Chat with a support agent" option in your browser.

The chat support team only works at certain times (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.). So, if the last window indicates that you are not available, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they'll be able to call you and help you.
