i got microsoft home office 2024 with my laptop for 1 year but when i reseted my pc with all data but after it every office app started showing adds and asking for subscription

Which particular Office product do you have? Office 2024 is a so-called perpetual license; it isn't limited to one year.

i reinstalled office from here but its still showing adds
In Word, click File > Account. Which license info is displayed there? You can take a screen shot, but make sure that you delete any personal info such as e-mail addresses.
