Microsoft's Windows Phone

Question

Sirs,

I have learned that Microsoft is no longer interested in the business of Windows Phone. There are lots of die hard Fans, including me, of Windows Phone. So I think that Microsoft should bring into the market some Microsoft Lumia phones or if Microsoft is not willing to do so, atleast Microsoft should design their Microsoft Launcher in Windows Phone style. Thanks.

I can understand where you're coming from. Many longtime Windows Phone and Lumia fans still appreciate the unique design, Live Tiles, and overall user experience that those devices offered. You're actually not the only one wants that visual to comeback, specifically to Windows.

That said, I need to note that Microsoft Q&A is primarily a user-to-user technical support forum. Contributors here do not have a channel to escalate product requests directly to Microsoft engineering or product teams. So although this post may attract those who have the same interest with you, it's unlikely to influence future product decisions.

If your goal is to let Microsoft know you'd like to see a return of Lumia devices or a Windows Phone–style launcher experience, the best approach is to submit feedback through Microsoft's official feedback channels, such as the Feedback Hub (Win + F) or feedback portals. These are the official places where the product engineering teams may review customer suggestions and take into consideration.

Anyway, thank you for sharing your passion for the Windows Phone. Glad to know that after all these years, there are still other people appreciating its aesthetic.
