- What type of email account is this? Is it Outlook.com/Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, or another account?
- When you add or change a calendar event, where are you doing it? In Classic Outlook, Outlook on the web, or your phone?
- Also, if you sign in to your email using a web browser, do you see the correct calendar events there?
This is important because some account types, such as POP or IMAP, may sync email only and not the calendar in Classic Outlook.
