Where do I redeem my cerficates if I have the access code and MCID?

I have taken 4 other exams by a certified testing site and have redeemed them all on Credly. I have the access code for one I'm sure of, but the other four I am not. How do I link these said certificates to my Microsoft dashboard; I see no redeem here sort of deal and I have tried to find it for an hour now.
