Print from email is cutting off the sides of my email. I need to print a receipt and it's cutting off the sides.

    Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

    If you haven't tried anything yet:

    • Open the email, choose Print, then look for More settings or Printer settings. Set the scale to Fit to printable area, Shrink to fit, or reduce the scale to around 80–90%. You can also try changing the layout to Landscape.
    • If it still cuts off the sides, try saving the email/receipt as PDF first, then print the PDF using “Fit to page.”

    If issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you printing from Outlook on the web, the Outlook app, or another email app?
    2. Does this happen with all emails, or only this receipt?
    3. What printer model are you using?
