Why no points then take the money away

Gamepass reward steak not registering yesterday or today will lose maximum points. Yesterday recived 40 point for 15 min and it being gampass game played today 25th june recived 20 for 15 min but according to reward board i did not play at all this coupled with the fact i am already out 30 gpd which was jus randomly removed from my wallet from ms point 6 months ago even after a phone conversation i was assured would be reinstated and never was .
