I've tried ProtonVPN, and other VPN, most don't even give server addresses, VPN that do is a paid subscription. I'm looking for a VPN that provides you the server address and the correct protocol for Windows 10 (except PPTP). And i kind of don't understand the username and password credentials part. Don't worry I'm enrolled in the ESU.

Hi Thoura Sopheak Nanta,

If you don’t use much bandwidth, you might consider Windscribe. It’s a reliable VPN with a wide range of servers worldwide, making it a solid choice for light usage.

If you need higher bandwidth and are less concerned about advanced security features, Cloudflare’s VPN could be a good option. It also offers Zero Trust services, and its use of WireGuard technology makes it one of the faster solutions available today.
