Unable to connect a HoloLens 2 to Windows 10 PC via USB

I am unable to connect my HoloLens 2 to a Windows 10 PC with the USB-C cable. On all my 3 PCs the device manager does not recognize it and reports: USB device not recognized. Because of this I cannot reset the HoloLens 2. I am using Windows 10 Pro version 21H1 and have Windows 10SDK versions 10.0.18362.1 and 10.0.19041.685 installed.

Any suggestions? Is there an alternative to the PnP driver?

For the question about being unable to connect to HoloLens 2, maybe something go wrong with your Type-C cable, we always recommend using the official Type-C cable which ships in the box. Using the USB-C cable delivered with the Hololens 2 does not solve my problem, I will try some more PC's and when this does not work either I will issue the support ticket.
