    Dear Dhruv,

Good day, and thank you for reaching out to the Q&A Forum.

I understand that you are having an unexpected issue where your Power Automate flow is not triggering when a Microsoft Forms response is submitted. From my research, there are several possible reasons why this can happen, and to help narrow it down, could you please share a few more details?

    • Is the flow turned on?
    • Is the Form owned by you, a group, or someone else?
    • Are you selecting the Form from the dropdown in the trigger, or did you manually enter the Form ID?
    • Does the flow show any trigger check errors under the flow details page?
    • Is there any run history at all after submitting the Form?
    • Did the flow work before and suddenly stop, or has it never triggered?
    • Is the Form still accepting responses?
    • Can you share a screenshot of the trigger and flow details page, hiding any personal or sensitive information?

In the meantime, please try these quick checks:

1.Turn the flow off and back on

Sometimes the Microsoft Forms trigger webhook needs to be re-registered. Turning the flow off and back on can often resolve this.

2.Test with a new simple flow

Create a very simple test flow as follows:

Trigger: When a new response is submitted

Action: Send me an email notification

Then submit a new Form response and see what happens.

If the new flow works, the issue is likely with the original flow's configuration

If the new flow also does not trigger, the issue may be related to Forms permissions, the connector, the environment, or a possible service-side issue.

Additionally, I would recommend reviewing the steps in this article to see if any of the additional suggestions apply to your situation: Troubleshoot common issues with Power Automate triggers - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

I hope this information is helpful. Please try these steps and let me know how it goes. If the issue persists, feel free to share more details in the comments so I can continue to support you. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward to your reply.
