    Hi GUS AMAYA,

If your PC was recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and your applications appear to be missing, it is worth checking whether the apps are still installed but not displaying correctly, or whether Windows is using a different profile. In some cases, a rollback to the previous Windows version may also be available for a limited time after the upgrade.

Please try the following steps to check:

    1. Verify that you are signed in with the same Windows account that was used before the upgrade.
    2. Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps and check whether your applications are still listed.
    3. Check C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86) to see whether the application folders are still present.

If the upgrade occurred recently, go to Settings > System > Recovery and see if the Go back option is available to return to the previous Windows version.

If System Restore was enabled before the upgrade, you may be able to restore the system to an earlier restore point. To help identify the best recovery option, please let us know:

    • Are the programs missing from Installed apps, or only from the Start menu?
    • Are your personal files and documents still available?
    • Approximately when did the Windows 11 upgrade occur?

My suspicion is that you have signed into a Windows local temporary account.

Go to the Windows Start menu and click the account you are currently signed into, go to the 3 dots, to Other users, and switch users.

Or hold down the "Ctrl + Alt + Delete" keys on your keyboard and click either "switch user" or "sign out", then click on your account, and sign in.
