Missing AI Skills Fest Voucher and Credly Badge After 100% Completion

Hello,

I participated in the recent Microsoft AI Skills Fest and successfully completed the pre-defined playlist to 100% before the deadline. I also submitted the voucher/badge claim form as required.

However, I have not received the Pearson VUE/MindHub exam voucher email or my digital Credly badge. I have checked my spam/junk folders thoroughly and verified that no emails from Credly or Pearson VUE have arrived.

Could a support moderator please look into my account registration to see why the rewards weren't issued? I have screenshots proving my 100% playlist completion ready to share via a private message.

    Did you submit the voucher claim form before June 12th, did you completed an unedited pre-defined playlist from the event, and did you enter the same email address that you used to register for the event? If so, see https://aka.ms/AISF_Sweepstakes

    You will receive your free voucher via email from Pearson between the dates of June 19 and July 10, 2026.
