I was having a issue on the Xbox privacy site for in game chats to be received, every time I would save my preferences and refresh it would revert to the previous settings.

To try and fix this I removed everyone from my family group and made myself group organiser, still didn't fix my issue.

Then I saw a reddit post "yes I know this was dumb" saying that someone solved the same issue by changing their age to under 18 and then reverting it and re-verifying age.

This caused my account to be turned into a child account, thus being unable to change age etc...

So I created another Microsoft account to be a "parent account" added my original account to the family group to attempt to change the age back.

now I am stuck in a loop of trying to remove consent from my original account, when I try to remove consent I am hit was a blank page that doesn't have anything to click "see image"

I contacted Microsoft support, a technician used quick assist to try and help me but ran into the same issues as i did.

he has now sent me here.

we have tried using a different browser, clearing cookies, and all that the ai suggested

So my question is...

How do i fix this...?

Many thanks

Connor
