Can't sign into MSN community

When I attempt to sign in to MSN community, I get "Sign into the MSN Community", with a link button to "Continue With Microsoft". That brings me to "Choose an account", and my Hotmail account that I typically use to log into the community is listed. When I click on that account, it brings up a blank Community Profile, and does not acknowledge that I am already part of the community, instead giving me a link to "Create a Profile", which I should already have. I can't access my comments. How do I fix this so that I can access my profile and post comments?

    Hi,

Please check if the issue also occurs in another browser. If the problem persists across different browsers, double‑check that you are using the correct Microsoft account, as it may not be the same account you usually use. Also, try logging in to your Microsoft account on the Microsoft Official Website to make sure that your MS account is active.

If you are certain this is the correct account, I recommend contacting MSN Support for assistance with your missing profile account and the ability to post comments.

If the issue only happens in Microsoft Edge, try clearing the browser’s cache and cookies.

Please let me know how it goes. I look forward to your response.

    Stay Safe!
