Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Do you have the 48 Digit BitLocker Recovery Key, and the key isn't working? If yes, could you please check if the recovery key ID displayed in your Microsoft account matches the recovery key ID displayed in your Microsoft account?

    User's image

See if the Recovery key ID matches on your Microsoft account - https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey

Use that key to unlock the device.

If you don't have the key, you will have to create a Bootable USB installation media device and use that to reinstall Windows which will completely wipe all the data in your HDD.

The BitLocker recovery key for your computer was automatically saved to the Microsoft account that was used to install or reinstall Windows most recently. If you no longer have access to that Microsoft account, I am very sorry to say that you will never be able to unlock your computer, and there is nothing that you or Microsoft can do about that. BitLocker was designed to protect your privacy and security in the event that your computer is stolen, so it's a dead end street.
