Request for Assistance – AI Skills Fest Completion & Voucher Issue

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to report a technical issue I encountered during the recent Microsoft AI Skills Fest event. I participated in the program with great enthusiasm and ensured that I participated in the required learning skillset playlist for the part of the event.

However, despite successfully attending and working through the content, I have associated certification voucher even after confirmed participation to AI skills Fest(refer attached image). It appears there may have been a technical issue in tracking or registering my progress with technical issue we encountered at my workplace.

I would like to highlight that I had registered for this event with the goal of earning my first Microsoft certification voucher. This opportunity is particularly important to me, as I am actively working toward building my skills in AI and cloud fundamentals. Earning this certification would also help me introduce and promote Microsoft certifications within my team, supporting broader learning and training initiatives on fundamental technologies.

I will like to ask if there is any missing step for voucher eligibility then I can complete it over weekend

Did you submit the voucher claim form before June 12th, did you completed an unedited pre-defined playlist from the event, and did you enter the same email address that you used to register for the event? If so, see https://aka.ms/AISF_Sweepstakes

You will receive your free voucher via email from Pearson between the dates of June 19 and July 10, 2026.

If you didn't claim your voucher, there is no method to claim after the event is over.
