I canceled my subscription to one drive. But I can not recall when that was. Is there a way for you to check for me and if I can still have access to the files that were in it?

Hi! Canceling the subscription does not immediately delete the files. However, if the subscription ends or is canceled. If the account stays over the OneDrive storage limit, Microsoft says the files may become read-only first, then the OneDrive account can be frozen after being over quota for more than 3 months, and after 6 months, Microsoft may delete the OneDrive and its files. Once deleted, these files are non-recoverable.

Please sign in to OneDrive.com and check the current storage usage. Also, to confirm when the subscription ended, sign in here with the Microsoft account used to buy it:
