Hello Microsoft:

I was using an older computer which I had installed MS365 on it a long time ago. I was using Word on this computer and it said it needed updating so I chose the Personal Version for download and my card was billed for the proper amount. However, my card was also billed for about $142 more for another subscription. Can I talk to some one who can tell me how to cancel the old subscription and get the $142 refunded to my card? Now I only need the Personal version on this computer.

Thank you!

Michael

    Hello

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, sign in, then choose Microsoft 365.

Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
