Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report an issue with my laptop's touchpad. The touchpad has suddenly stopped working, making it difficult to operate the device. I have already tried restarting the laptop and checking the touchpad settings, but the problem still persists.

    Hi, look at the function keys (F1 - F12) on your keyboard, does one of them have a touchpad symbol with a line through it, usually on a Samsung laptop it is the F5 key.

    If so, try pressing that key or Fn + that key to test if that enabled the touchpad on your laptop.

    If that was not the problem, the best option is to go to the support page for your laptop on the Samsung website to download and reinstall (not update) the version of touchpad drivers they provide.
