Which plan of Co Pilot do you need to be able to use AI images on book covers?

I am an individual writing a novel and would like to use a few images on a book cover from the Co pilot free plan. Do I need to upgrade and buy a Microsoft 360 paid plan and regenerate the images in order to use the images as part of my book images?
