How to downlaod azure certificate as I lost access to my work account

Hello,

I passed the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) exam on 20 June through Pearson VUE. Unfortunately, I lost access to my work Microsoft account on 17 June, which was the account used to register for the exam.

I have not received my certification or badge because I no longer have access to that email account. Could you please help me recover my certification or transfer it to my personal Microsoft account?

My details are:

  • Full Name: Sudhesh Rajak
  • Work Email (used for registration): ******@ltimindtree.com
  • Personal Email: ******@gmail.com
  • Exam: AZ-900
  • Exam Date: 20 June

    It is not possible to transfer certifications between Learn profiles.

    Access to certifications requires that you must have access to an email account linked to your Learn profile. It is recommended that you link a personal account https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile to prevent the issue you are now facing
