Hyper-v - VM state "merging..."

Hello All.

Recently I started to get issues with "VM state merging" in my Cluster (Cluster, 6 nodes, WS2016).
The problem is - I can't change the status. Poweroff, shutdown, reset, live migration, nothing helps. Only hard-restart the node!
It looks like hyper-v services don't show the state correctly and don’t work correctly either.

The only way for me to solve the problem at this moment is to poweroff all VM's from the cluster manager that are located on the node and after that reboot the node.
But when I made a hard reboot, it causes another issue if the host manage some datastore. (Connection to the datastore can be lost).

Maybe somebody familiar with a problem like mine?
