Question

I get the same message. "6/25/26

Profile name does not meet guidelines

Your profile name doesn't meet our undefined. To reinstate your commenting ability, edit your profile name."

When I click on "Request Review", in a few minutes it'll put a message up that reads "At your request, we've reviewed your profile picture and reversed the decision to remove it. Your profile picture will be restored shortly. Thank you."

I've now asked for review over 30 times and get messages like above or "after review we've determined your profile pic violates our community standards. It's a photo of me. Today, I tried changing to a photo of one of my dogs. And when I get a message that my name violates community standards, I can't change it. Since I'm a subscriber to Office 365, I use my real name. Seems to me that some person should be reviewing this and fixing it. It's really irritating.

The browser I use on all of my computers is Edge to keep bookmarks and other items in sync. I went to privacy and security and cleared everything, history, cached images, and cookies.

I have submitted feed back as well and nothing is working.

As can be seen by the text I copied from my profile page, the system says my profile pic has been restored. So which is it? My name or my picture? It's clearly really messed up.
