Unable to findout my modules what I registered for

Hi Team,

I am unable to findout the modules which I registered for and also did not receive any sort of email or private messages regarding what I registered for. I want to start and complete my module within a timeframe but due to this issue I am unable to do so,please assist me on this one,thanks.
