Cannot access Microsoft account because I lost my phone with Microsoft Authenticator and BitLocker recovery key is unavailable

I need help recovering my Microsoft account. I lost my previous phone that had the Microsoft Authenticator app. My account has two-step verification enabled, so I cannot sign in.

I do not remember my account password. The password reset process asks for an authentication code, but I no longer have access to the Authenticator app. I am also not receiving verification codes by email or phone. The account recovery form does not work because two-step verification is enabled.

My laptop is also locked by BitLocker, and I cannot access the BitLocker recovery key because I cannot sign in to my Microsoft account.

I have already submitted the Microsoft account recovery form many times, but my request has not been successful. Since my account has two-step verification enabled and I lost my previous phone with Microsoft Authenticator, I understand the recovery form cannot verify my identity. I need help from the Microsoft Authenticator team to regain access to my account.

I have already contacted Microsoft Support, and they advised me to contact the Microsoft Authenticator team.

Please help me recover my account and regain access to my BitLocker recovery key.
