Hello, I participated in the AI Skills Fest 2026 event. I completed all the modules in my designated learning playlist prior to the June 12 deadline. However, the system did not register the final video as watched.

I opened the portal today, noticed the final video tracking error, and manually clicked "Done," which brought my dashboard progress to 100%. Because of this backend synchronization delay, I missed the "Check what's unlocked" banner before the event closed.

Could a support moderator please open a private message thread so I can securely share my Microsoft Learn username and dashboard screenshot to manually verify my completion? Thank you.

However the rules of the event were that you just complete the playlist and submit the voucher claim form before midnight UTC June 12th. There is no provision for submitting a claim after the event was over.
