How can I print the calendar in LANDSCAPE format? I change it in the print dialog box but it goes to 2 pages because the full day 8-5:00pm - from 3:00on is on the second page. When you choose "fit" it is small and in the upper left corner of the page. Instructions and assisting please and thank you. There has to be an easier way. SOME WAY to print a calendar in landscape style.

    Hello Cara Lyman,

Thank you for your message, and I completely understand how frustrating this can be when trying to print your calendar in a way that fits your needs.

From what I have observed during testing in my own environment, when using views such as “Work week” or similar calendar formats, Outlook currently tends to support printing mainly in portrait orientation, and it does not always adapt well to landscape layout. This is why even when you switch to landscape in the print options, the layout may still split across pages or not display as expected.

As a simple workaround, you might consider capturing the calendar view as a screenshot, then pasting it into a document such as Word. From there, you can adjust the size and layout more freely and print it in landscape format as needed. This approach often gives you better control over how the content appears on a single page.

I know this is not as convenient as having a direct print option, but it can be a helpful alternative for achieving the layout you’re looking for.

If you’d like, feel free to share what view or format you are using, and I’ll be happy to see if there are any additional adjustments we can try.

Additionally, I truly appreciate your feedback on this, I can see how this limitation can impact your workflow.
