Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Jacqueline,
Good day and thank you for your message and the clear explanation of your concern regarding the Project Plan 5 payment.
With regard to the payment receipt, for Microsoft 365 business subscriptions, the invoice is typically available through the billing account and can be accessed in the following ways:
Just to gently clarify before we go any further, as this is a user‑to‑user support forum, I don’t have the ability to access or review individual billing accounts or invoice details. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, do not have access to internal systems or the ability to retrieve billing documents directly. However, I truly hope I can help guide you on where to locate your invoice and support you with the appropriate next steps as best as possible.
1/ Check the Billing email account
Invoices are usually sent to the email address associated with the billing profile or the account used to purchase the subscription. In many cases, this may be a personal or alternate email (for example, the one used during the initial signup).
You may wish to check that mailbox by searching with keywords such as "Microsoft", "invoice", or "billing" to help locate the invoice.
2/ Check in Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Admin required)
Additionally, your admin may locate the invoice by signing in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, then navigate to Billing > Bills & payments.
From there, they can view or download the invoice PDF for your subscription. For reference: View or download your invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn.
In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.
3/ Contact Microsoft support
If the invoice is still not able to be located, it may be helpful to have your administrator reach out to Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance by raising a support request.
To reach support, your admin may:
- Follow this guidance to create a ticket from the Microsoft 365 admin center: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn or,
- Consider contacting Microsoft support via the regional support hotline here: How to contact Microsoft customer support | Microsoft Support.
I hope this helps clarify the next steps. Please feel free to let me know if you need any additional guidance. I’ll be happy to assist.
