I am writing to express my concern regarding the unavailability of Amazon gift cards in the Microsoft Rewards redemption section. For quite some time now, these gift cards have not been restocked, which has been frustrating for users like me who actively participate in the program with the expectation of redeeming points for this option.

Amazon gift cards are one of the most preferred and practical redemption choices, and their continued absence significantly reduces the appeal and usefulness of the Rewards program and pls dont ask me to check out other gift cards as all other are either out of stock or just useless

I kindly request you to provide an update on when Amazon gift cards will be restocked or if there are any changes to their availability going forward. Transparency on this matter would be highly appreciated.

Sadly, no one have control over restocking from here, and support doesn’t have a fixed ETA either. It’s more of a wait-for-restock situation.

I suggest sharing your feedback directly with Microsoft Rewards team. You can do that by visiting https://rewards.bing.com then scrolling down to the very bottom and selecting "Provide feedback".

I will provide separate feedback on your behalf, as the more users provide feedback, the better Microsoft can understand the demand and hopefully work on the issue sooner.
