Sudden drop in CPU Usage, ETW trace attached

Hi,

theres probably a easy reason to spot in the trace, i just havent found it yet. is the game maybe waiting for network traffic?
between 17,48s and 17.94s in CPU usage sampled it looks like core 9 is busy with kewaitforsingleobject....but what is he waiting on? cpu usage for the whole pc almost halfs over this timespan....
