I am experience that I noticed my files are missing

Hello, I noticed that some of my files saved in OneDrive are not appearing correctly. I updated a few files and saved them to OneDrive, but when I try to retrieve them, it still shows the older version instead of the updated one.

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you opening the file from OneDrive on the web, the OneDrive folder in File Explorer/Finder, Word/Excel recent files, or another device?
    2. Also, when you edited and saved the file, did you save it directly inside the OneDrive folder, or somewhere else on the device?
    3. Please also check the OneDrive cloud icon on your device. Do you see any sync error, red X, or “processing changes” message?

    Any additional info about the issue you can provide will be helpful in diagnosing and resolving the issue.
