Issue with Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification not appearing after passing MS-102 exam

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently completed the MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator exam through Pearson VUE and received a Passed result.

However, my Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification has not appeared in my Microsoft Learn Certifications dashboard.

Here are my details:

Exam: MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator

Status: Passed

Date of exam: [23 June 2026]

Provider: Pearson VUE

Microsoft Learn account: Linked and active

I also noticed that my Azure Administrator Associate certification was issued correctly within one day, but the MS-102 related certification has not yet appeared.

Could you please verify:

Whether my MS-102 exam is correctly mapped to the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification path

If there are any missing prerequisites or account synchronization issues

When I can expect the certification to appear in my dashboard

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification.
