Erroneous notice of unpaid subscription

Question

I paid my 2026 fee and have a receipt but I keep getting "unpaid" popups. I want to make sure my 365 continuity is secure and have the notices terminated.

Those notifications have been reported by many people lately, it is most likely a bug in a recent Office update.

Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognised correctly.

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

If not, go to the Payments and Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.
