When click the start menu, it shows the name as administrator. That person is not at this organization. The person must have used this computer one time and accidentally put down his name as the administrator for the microsoft account. As of now, I am unable to get in Microsoft office, such as Word, Excel. Please advise how to reach a live representative to do a screenshare in order to fix the issue.

    Hi UPS store,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

If you would like to receive assistance through a remote support session, you can create a support ticket with Microsoft Technical Support.

Once your request has been received and the ticket has been assigned to a support engineer, the engineer will proactively contact you to continue the investigation and provide further assistance.

To create a support ticket, please refer to the documentation below:

Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Note: Ticket creation can only be performed by a tenant Administrator. If you are not an Administrator, please contact your organization's IT department for assistance with creating the ticket.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
