An app that was supposed to receive an update about a week or two ago still hasn't been approved. Why is this?

Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!

Normally, when an app or an update is submitted to the Microsoft Store, the certification process only takes up to 3 business days, though it can sometimes vary depending on the review. Waiting for one to two weeks is definitely longer than the usual timeframe. If you are the developer, you will need to log into Partner Center to check the status and see if your submission requires any action. If the submission has been pending for an unusually long time without any indication of progress, you can also create a support request through Partner Center Support:

No one here knows which apps you mean or how long it takes for them to be updated. This is a community forum. The developer chooses when and how often to update their apps.
