How to unlock BitLocker when it stops accepting recovery keys
https://www.dell.com/support/article/ja-jp/sln285155/how-to-unlock-bitlocker-when-it-stops-accepting-recovery-keys?lang=en
Besides recovery key, BitLocker password also can unlock encrypted drive.
Bitlocker recovery key does not match
Hi there,
I am using Dell XPS 13 9370 and Windows 10. I have been locked out of my laptop for almost a week, being unable to figure out how to solve the problem.
I have checked my microsoft account for the recovery keys and there are two, both of which do not match the recovery key needed to sign in. Why does this not match? I have been using one drive across devices and I can see that the account used for one drive is the account that I checked for recovery keys. So it can't be that I signed in using a different account. Any help would be greatly appreciated (can't lose the data).
Thanks.

Although, you mentioned it, still I recommend you to check if you've saved the recovery keys to different Microsoft account (if any).
Locate the recovery key at https://onedrive.live.com/recoverykey.
Regards.

2021-06-30T01:52:40.523+00:00 Hi, please help me unlock my bitlocker (USB drive). I saved the recovery key in my notes but it's not working. It says it doesn't match. the Identifier: on my recovery key notes says: DAF08E4F-7775-4598-9F01-0588857A0B12.
But in the unlock pop up box where you can enter your recovery key says the ID key is only "DAF08E4F" without the remainging series of numbers and letters. And I'm trying to change password for the bitlocker but there's no option to do that. I'm using a windows 10 pro. Please advise. Thanks!
