Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

To be able to assist you better, please clarify the following:

    • Is the speaker you are referring to internal (built-in) or external? If it is external, how is it connected (standard 3.5mm audio jack, USB, or Bluetooth)?
    • You mentioned your earbuds have an "RCA plug". Do you mean a standard 3.5mm audio jack (the common round headphone plug), or are you using an actual RCA adapter?
    • Is there an X on the speaker icon next to the clock when you unplug your earbuds?

Also, share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Looking forward to your reply.
