We’re trying to download all the files from OneDrive to our hard drive. It seems to have frozen. Can we exit the download, or is there a way to restart it?

    Hello,

When downloading a very large number of files from OneDrive, the process can appear frozen even though it is still running in the background. This is a known behavior when too many files are queued at once.

You can cancel the download if the button is still responsive.

However, if the download cannot be canceled, the only option is to wait.

In some cases, very large downloads can take several days or even weeks to complete.

For more reliable results, it often works better to download your data in smaller batches instead of trying to download everything at once.
