It appears that you are trying to activate Office using Activation Wizard and you would like to have a confirmation ID while activate by telephone.

Please help me try those step below to activate your Microsoft Office:

1. In the Activation Wizard, select "I want to activate the software by telephone", then click Next (or press Enter on keyboard).
2. Under Step 1, select your country or region and call the Product Activation Center phone number displayed for that location.
3. When prompted, provide the Installation ID shown under Step 2 of the Activation Wizard.
4. The Product Activation Center will provide a Confirmation ID. Enter this ID under Step 3 of the Activation Wizard.
5. Select Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation. If Next does not respond, press Enter on your keyboard.

A confirmation ID for the Office/Windows Activation Wizard can only be generated by Microsoft’s activation services after a valid installation ID is provided. It cannot be created or supplied here.

To get a confirmation ID, use one of these supported methods:

1. Activate over the Internet (if available in the wizard)
   • Start the Office app (or Visio/Windows, depending on the product).
   • When the Activation Wizard appears, choose Activate by using the Internet and follow the prompts.
   • The wizard sends your installation ID to Microsoft’s licensing servers and receives a confirmation ID automatically.
2. Activate by telephone (if offered for your product/version)
   • Start the product and open the Activation Wizard.
   • Select Activate by using the telephone.
   • Choose your country/region; the wizard shows the correct phone number for the Activation Center.
   • Call that number and provide the installation ID shown in the wizard.
   • The Microsoft activation system or representative will verify it and give a confirmation ID.
   • Type the confirmation ID into the boxes in the Activation Wizard and press ENTER/Next.

The confirmation ID is unique to the installation ID and hardware, so only the official activation process (Internet or telephone) can generate it.
