I was not able get into the OnVue application as i faced technical error

I completed the prerequisites before taking the exam, then received a call from the greeter asking me to reopen the OnVUE application. When I tried to reopen it, I was unable to access the application because it said the access code was invalid. I tried again, but then the check-in window showed as expired.
